Gradina in Concert: Balkan Music for Listening and Dancing

Feed The Hungry Concert: Gradina is a Balkan chorus and band. Gradina means “Garden” in Bulgarian. We have been singing and playing for listeners and dancers in Sonoma County for over 25 years. Come listen and (if you want!) dance to the beautiful, haunting, harmonies and fascinating, lively rhythms of Eastern European music. The event will be held at the Glaser Center in Santa Rosa. There will be seating for listeners as well as a dance floor for Balkan dancers. This is a fundraiser for the Feed Our Neighbors program run by the Unitarian Universalist Congregation in Santa Rosa. 100% of the profits will benefit this program which has been providing a hot meal for the hungry every Saturday morning for over 20 years. Silent Auction will be held before the concert and during the intermission. Please note: doors open at 2:30 p.m. Performance begins at 3:00.
