La Boda, which means The Wedding is Grupo Folklórico Quetzalén’s first-ever spring production since the company was founded in 2008. This special concert celebrates the richness of Mexico highlighting wedding traditions and cultural expressions through vibrant folklórico dance, music, and costume. Presented by Quetzalén’s teens and adult group, the production brings to life dances inspired by some of Mexico’s most iconic regions, including Guerrero, Zacatecas, Veracruz, Oaxaca, Baja California, Nayarit, Jalisco, and more. The program offers an engaging afternoon that celebrates Mexico’s regional traditions and cultural heritage.
