Opening reception: Phenotype: sculpture by Annette Goodfriend

“Phenotype,” an exhibition of recent sculpture by Sonoma artist Annette Goodfriend, will be on view in the Alley Gallery from January 8-25, 2026. The work explores the visible expression of invisible molecular change. Installed on the walls and gallery floor, the pieces explore the intricacies of human anatomy, with a critical, scientific, and humorous eye.
Open to the public with free admission, Thursdays through Sundays from 12-4 pm.
Free opening reception Saturday January 10 from 4-6 pm.
Free artist talk, with guest Susanne Cockrell, Saturday January 17 at 4pm.
The Alley Gallery is located just off the Sonoma Plaza in the LaHaye Art Center
