Spike’s love of singer-songwriters on the jazzier side of folk & blues finds a unique outlet in The Get Real Gone. In addition to Spike on vocals & guitar, the band features Dylan Juhan on upright bass, Mingo Lewis Jr. on percussion and Ray Fernandez on saxophone. The acoustic framework allows them to create an organic music that is a vibe unto itself. They released their self-titled debut in 2025, a collection of originals and a few choice covers from the world of jazz, blues, and poetry.
