GO LOCAL
Thank you, Sonoma County!
After many years of supporting local businesses, organizations, and residents throughout Sonoma County, GO LOCAL’s programs and operations are coming to a close.
We are deeply grateful to every member, volunteer, sponsor, partner, staff member, business owner, and community supporter who contributed to this work over the years. Together, you helped strengthen awareness of shopping locally and created meaningful connections across Sonoma County.
Thank you for helping shape a stronger local business community.
While this chapter is ending, the values behind it continue.

Sonoma County’s
Local First Movement
The Local First movement is unshakeable. The relationships and values we have built together are far bigger than any single entity.
A group of former GO LOCAL members and community supporters have established Shop Local Sonoma as an independent new organization focused on helping local businesses, residents, and community initiatives continue to connect, discover opportunities, and support Sonoma County’s local economy.
Shop Local Sonoma is independently operated and is not a continuation of GO LOCAL’s operations, memberships, programs, business obligations, or organizational structure—but shares a belief in the importance of supporting local and strengthening community connections.
We invite community members and businesses who wish to continue participating in local-first efforts to explore what they are building.
